Michelle Beaver - President & Chairman of the Board,
As President & Chairman, Michelle is responsible for the Strategic Planning and overall Operations of Serenity Horse Haven. Michelle is a native Dallasite and currently resides in East Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University - Commerce, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies.

Cecilia (CC) Arriaga - Vice President & Chief Operations Officer,
As Vice President and COO, CC is responsible for the Day-to-Day needs of Serenity Horse Haven.

Deirdre Garrett-Harris - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO),
As CMO, Deirdre is responsible for and oversees the marketing functions of Serenity Horse Haven.

Peggy Francis - Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Treasurer,
As CFO, Peggy is responsible for the financial oversite for Serenity Horse Haven and as Assistant Treasurer, Peggy is responsible for assisting with the financial record-keeping and reporting for Serenity Horse Haven.

Rhonda Shelton - Treasurer,
As Treasurer, Rhonda is responsible for the financial record-keeping and reporting for Serenity Horse Haven.

Ron Beaver - Secretary and Director, Volunteer Services,
As Secretary, Ron is responsible for maintaining the records of the board, ensures effective management of organization's records, and is sufficiently familiar with Serenity Horse Haven's legal documents (articles, by-laws, IRS letters, etc.) to note applicability during meetings.

As Director, Volunteer Services; Ron is responsible for directing the activities of volunteers offering their services to Serenity Horse Haven. Confers with Board of Directors and staff to plan volunteer programs consistent with the needs of Serenity Horse Haven. Recommends establishment of policies and procedures for training, volunteer work hours, and types of service to be performed by the volunteers. Secures services of volunteer workers. Organizes classes of instruction for volunteers to teach policies, procedures and techniques. Suggests and directs projects to be carried out by volunteer workers. Assigns volunteers to various services with Serenity Horse Haven. Conducts surveys to evaluate effectiveness of volunteer service programs. Arranges for recognition of volunteers for their services.

Open Position (Non-Voting Board Member) - Social Media Coordinator,
As Social Media Coordinator, manages Serenity Horse Haven's social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, and Blog. Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and coordinates with the Board Members to ensure our message is being effectively communicated.

Lydiah Harrell (Non-Voting Board Member) - Grant Coordinator,
As Grant Coordinator, Lydiah manages Serenity Horse Haven's grant program including research, letters of introduction, grant applications, and tracking. Reports to the President and coordinates with the Board Members to ensure our grant program is effective and successful. She graduated from Texas A&M University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Theresa Tafalla - Board Member,
As a Board Member, Terry is a voting member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for assisting with special projects serving Serenity Horse Haven.
